Directions: From US75 exit Parker Road West.  You will cross Alma and next main intersection is Custer Road.  Home Depot will be on your right.  At intersection of Custer and Parker Rd, you will see a large two story building on Southwest corner.  We are on second floor, South end overlooking Kroger parking lot.

The Wylie Treatment Facility is located at 303 S. Jackson, Wylie

Directions: From Plano go west from US 75 on Park Blvd.  You will go through Murphy and Parker before hitting Hwy 78.  Take a left on 78 and go to next intersection with light which is Ballard.  On your right you will see a Jack in the Box, we are next door to that restaurant.  Go right on Ballard and another right on Calloway and a final right on Jackson, you will see our new building.

From Farmersville take 78 South to Ballard.  From Sachse or Garland, take 78 North to Ballard.

McKinney Treatment Facility is located at 2414 W University Dr #115b, McKinney, Texas

Directions:  The McKinney office is conventiently located on US 380 (University Drive), ½ mile west of US 75.  Going west from 75 you will cross Community where Collin College is located.  Continue west for ¼ mile to the Sunset Office Plaza.  We are located in the inside corner of the shopping center.  Look for the Life Management sign.
