The Choices Adolescent Program at LMR, is designed for teens who are struggling with the use of alcohol or drugs. We selected the name “Choices” because we have control over each choice we make and teaching teens to make good choices will produce positive outcomes in their life. The program follows the most exciting and effective treatment protocol possible. The Plano facility is warm, inviting and adolescent friendly. The Choices Program is designed to help modify unhealthy behaviors, reconnect the child back into the family, and allow them the opportunity to work toward the positive goals in life we know they are capable of achieving. What To Expect

The Choices adolescent program is three months long by design. There are shorter programs, but evidence tells us the longer you have your child in treatment the better they do in their life. Our group therapy meets twice a wee k after school, from 6:00-8:00 PM on Monday and Thursday. Individual and family therapy meets once a week and family support groups and Recreational Therapy m eet bi-monthly.

Addiction Affects The Entire Family

When teens are using drugs or alcohol the whole family changes. Here we focus on helping the entire family recover from the effects of the addiction. During our family therapy and parent support groups you will find hope and understanding as well as healing. We can help you make choices that will benefit everyone touched by the addiction.
